Pam spent more than 20 years in corporate America in various international leadership roles travelling regularly within the US, Japan and South America. She understands all too well what it’s like to navigate corporate politics in the “Quest for Success” – only to lose herself in the process. After years of corporate pressures to be and act a certain way, she began to lose touch with who she really was and what her greatest strengths are. That was the catalyst that drove her to follow her true purpose and she founded Executive Force.
Believing so many people lose touch with what they’re really good at, Pam is passionate about identifying, focusing on and then maximizing a person’s true talents and strengths. Once her clients are in touch with their core strengths again, Pam is committed to people playing from this position. She is a born communicator and her natural ability to captivate people’s attention through word pictures, sharpens their world and inspires them to act.

As a Mom of 2 young boys and a Stepmom to 3 grown boys, Pam is a master at juggling priorities and is gifted at understanding the personalities and needs of others. With her warm energetic personality, Pam has the unique ability to connect with her clients giving them full attention by acknowledging their value and enhancing their confidence – making them feel both comfortable and special.
She is certified in Frontline Leadership and Change Acceptance Program (CAP) Training.
